We often think that our brains are in charge of our behavior and actions. But in reality, our nervous system determines how we move through everyday life. Understanding how the nervous system (ZS) works, responds allows us to find our way back to safety in stressful situations. Understanding is important step toward greater health, better relationships and more joy, in short an increase in your quality of life.
The workshop is a combo of knowledge & experiential exercises and is adapted to the target audience and context. You can book it for your organization, school or company.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION: This is a serene massage focused on self-care. Creating a safe space for you is my priority. As a participant, you can turn off your camera so you can enjoy complete privacy and allow me to guide and inspire you. We connect with the entire body, excluding the intimate areas.
