With simple, gentle touch, you allow your body to release tension and restore a sense of safety and well-being: a valuable tool for regulating stress and experiencing more connection with yourself.
WHO: Adults of all ages, without and with experience in massage.It is an intuitive massage rather than a technical workshop : ME-TIME!
REEKS : To enhance the beneficial effect, you can attend monthly sessions. Each time on a Monday, dates below.
PRICE: per session 9€ - Scholarship card - 5 sessions: 35€* Payable after registration -.
PRACTICAL: This is a serene massage with the goal of self-care. Creating a safe space for is priority. As a participant, you can turn off the camera so you have complete privacy, and be guided and inspired by me. We make contact with the whole body, excluding the intimate parts.

We often think that our brains are in charge of our behavior and actions. But in reality, our nervous system determines how we move through everyday life. Understanding how the nervous system (ZS) works, responds allows us to find our way back to safety in stressful situations. Understanding is important step toward greater health, better relationships and more joy, in short an increase in your quality of life.

It took me more than 20 years to discover that the nervous system & the Nervous Vagus in particular are crucial to my healing and growth process. This knowledge has made me milder towards myself and others while opening a new path from acceptance to hope and real change. I see it as an important part of my mission to share these insights.
