With RTT therapy, you dive into your subconscious mind to locate the roots of limiting beliefs and reprogram your mindset. RTT combines elements of neuroplasticity, hypnotherapy, NLP, talk therapy and neuroscience. It is an effective and accessible method with lasting results.

Your thoughts determine what you feel, what you experience and how you are in "life. Often we have picked up unhelpful beliefs and hold them to be true. RTT helps you break through those limiting thoughts and beliefs. Through hypnosis, we engage with your subconscious mind, discover the root causes of your problem and install a growth mindset that leads you to a future you choose.

The trajectory

An RTT program takes 4 to 6 weeks and includes an introductory conversation (60 min) in which you get your goal clear, a hypnosis session (2h), a personalized transformation audio that you listen to for 3 weeks to integrate a new frame of mind, an intermediate follow-up (30 min online) and a closing conversation (60 min).

The Pathway

A basic program consists of 5 sessions of 90 minutes. During the intake we make clear what you want to work on. Before each session you will receive a questionnaire on which you can briefly state what problem you want to work on and what emotions, negative thoughts and physical symptoms you want to associate with it and what you want to realize. This forms the starting point of our tapping journey. Afterwards you will receive a session tracker in which you will find a reflection of what you have been working on and the new insights that were created.

Experience the peace that descends throughout your system and the openings that occur to let go and accept where you are now. Space is created for something new. Energy flows naturally. Tapping or EFT , is a simple therapeutic method that works with emotions, energy, mind AND the body. With Tapping we can create a breakthrough in a short period of time by touching specific points on our body, while making contact with unwanted emotions and thoughts that make our lives difficult. Like hypnosis, tapping offers a way to communicate with the subconscious mind, uncovering deeper causes and connections. Unexpected insights and solutions come to the surface. You make new choices and orient your subconscious towards a new way of thinking, doing and BEING.

Each session includes 3 steps:

1) Identify the problem and the negative emotions & thoughts.

2) Accept where you are now and put love into it.

3) Creating a new vision.

The Nervus Vagus is an important part of your autonomic nervous system. You will gain an understanding of how it works and learn simple ways to balance your Vagus so that you can effectively manage stress and release energy for recovery on a physical, emotional and mental level. 

Our autonomic nervous system determines how you move through the day. It affects your sense of safety, well-being and connection with others. Recognizing triggers allows you to understand, interpret and regulate your nervous system's signals.

The trajectory

The intake is followed by an introduction to the autonomic nervous system and an exploration of your unique nervous system. We find out where your pitfalls lie and how you can regulate and co-regulate. This is done using practical tools such as visualization, mindfulness, breathing, embodiment, tapping,... You get to know your inner critic and learn to cultivate self-love.

This is a training in which you make gains step by step. You get small assignments that you can immediately start working with yourself. We evaluate and adjust. Soon the techniques become a routine in your life with visible results! The course is very individual and adapted to your needs and rhythms and those of your nervous system.
